The choma and the nucleus

Movement of the comet in 25 hours...

Both image are 9 x 30 sec. at Iso 400.
The animation shows the movement of the comet in 25 h 19'. At this period it moved approximately 12'.
The rise of the coma's diameter can be easily detected.

- Telescope: 100/900 ED apo
- Mount: Synta HEQ5 pro, Synscan (goto)
- Camera: Canon EOS 350D + Baader UV/IR block
- Guiding: 70/500 refr. manually
